Basically, the Deposits is refundable upon moving-out. However, it is non-refundable in case of a damage to the dormitory facilities, any other monetary damages to the school or shortage of utility costs. |
Upon moving in, first three months rent has to be paid with Entrance fee and Deposit. Payment of the dormitory rent for the following months has to be made by the 25th of every month.
